My condolences to the family of Edward Snyder. I worked for the Tax Division for 12 years, and Mr. Snyder was the BEST Chief. When he first called me to his office in the year 1990 I was soooo scared, he looked at me hard and then smiled and said Congratulations on your Tax Division Outstanding Service Award. He had a lot of humor lol. Angela Green
