It was with deep sadness I learned about Sharon's death. When Arthur called me a few days ago, I prayed that she would overcome what she was going through.
She was a great friend and colleague who was loving and caring. Over the years, she taught me a lot, especially about the museums and gardens in Washington, DC. She took me to places I did not know existed.
She also liked fine dining and we had the opportunity to enjoy a few restaurants in Washington, DC.
You and your family are in my heart and mind.
I offer you my thoughts, prayers and well-wishes during this dark time in your life.
May she rest in eternal peace.

For me and for so many others this is a terrible loss. My dear dear friend, as we lived together in Potomac raising our children, was an incomparable soulmate and joy. We drifted apart as we left the Washington area, a most regrettable happening for each of us. She was everything a woman could be, bright beyond words and beautiful inside and out. I am heartbroken and send healing love to all the family. I know you all had a wonderful role model in her and your dear father. Their faith and strength often lifted me as I hope it will you during this loss. Blessings, Arthur. I know how you loved her. I hope to join you for her service.

My deepest sympathy for your loss. Late Sharon has worked with me at IFC a year ago and we were in the Spanish Class during our Lunch hour. She already knew Spanish. On one Christmas, she treated us all those fancy dessert from Paul's bakery (I think) and brought hard drinks and other fancy soft drinks. I was amazed to see how she was good party hostess by bringing her silver spoons and beautiful paper napkins. I will always remember her for that. May her soul rest in peace and May God give her family the strength to bear this loss.
