ANN MARIE MANCINI  

Passed away on September 20, 2017 in Gainesville, VA, with her family at her side. Ann was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a member of St. Andrew The Apostle Catholic Church in Clifton, VA.
Ann was born to Joseph and Angelina
Guariglia on November 28, 1927 in Morgantown, West Virginia. She and her husband of 53 years, Dr. Armando Mancini, resided in Fairfax County for most of their married life where they raised a family of five children. They are survived by their daughter Angela Mancini Boyer of Great Falls, VA; and four sons, Lawrence Mancini of Clifton, VA, Armand Mancini of Strasburg, VA, John Mancini of Hanover, PA, and Robert Mancini of Hagerstown, MD as well as nine grandchildren, one great-grandson, and her sister Sylvia Ann Guariglia Chico of Morgantown, WV.
The Mancini family will host a visitation on Sunday, October 1 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home, 9902 Braddock Road, Fairfax, VA.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30am on Monday, October at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, 6720 Union Mill Road, Clifton, VA. A private interment will follow by invitation only.
