ARCHER SAVOYE TAYLOR  1916 - 2013  
Of Fairfax, VA, died on Friday, November 22, 2013. Husband of the late LaVerne W. Taylor; father of the late Margaret T. Chase. He is survived by sons, David S., Lawrence K. (Annette) and Kenneth M. (Karen); sister, Dorothy T. Higano; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Archer, an electrical engineer, was a founder and pioneer of cable television, and author of two books on the subject. No memorial service to be held. Donations in his memory may be made to the Friends Committee on National Legislation, in Washington DC.
