The funeral will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at Hughes Memorial United Methodist Church. 25 - 53rd St., NE, Washington, DC 20019. Family gathering at 10 am and the funeral at 11 a.m. Services provided by Pinkney Spangler.
