On Thursday, June 10, 2004 at Fairfax Nursing Center. DEACON CHARLES C. HASKINS, husband of Mary P. Haskins; father of Alestine Haskins and Denise Nichols; brother of Phyllis Townes and Blanche Webb. He is also survived by three sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends. Deacon Haskins will lie in state at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, S. 19th and S. Kenmore Streets, Arlington, VA on Monday, June 14, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday, June 15, from 10 a.m. until time of funeral services at 11 a.m. Rev. Leonard Smith, officiating. Interment National Memorial Park. Services by CHINN-BAKER FUNERAL SERVICE. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Fairfax Nursing Center, Alzheimers Ward, 10701 Main St., Fairfax, VA 22030 or the National Capitol Alzheimers Association, 11240 Waples Mill Rd., Suite 402, Fairfax, VA 22030 or the Family Day Center, 2036 West Moreland St., Falls Church, VA 22043.
