Sad to hear of Mr. Walstein's passing. I was fortunate enough to be involved in ARML with him as the coach from my middle school days through high school. I even went with him to Russia during the summer of 1994/95. Great memories!

I'm sorry for your loss. I knew Mr. Walstein as an excellent teacher and person whose enthusiasm for math was infectious, as well as a person with a great sense of humor.
I hope the family finds peace.
