On April 15, 2004. Beloved wife of the late Shirley L. Povich; devoted mother of David (Connie) Povich, Maury Povich (Connie Chung) and Lynn Povich (Stephen Shepard); cherished grandmother of nine; great-grandmother of 13. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 16, at 1 p.m. from Adas Israel Synagogue, 2850 Quebec St. N.W. Interment will be in Elesavetgrad Cemetery. Family will be observing Shiva at the residence of David Povich. Contributions may be made to Nathan and Rosa Povich Academic Achievement Fund at Adas Israel Congregation.
