Passed away peacefully at his home in Fairfax Station, Virginia on Sunday, August 5, 2018. He was the loving husband of his wife Topaz Grosicki and three children: Gregory Grosicki, Kevin Grosicki and Lauren McKee and three stepchildren; Rose Schepps, Topher Freer-Lancaster and Cedar Freer-Lancaster.
Gary was born in Buffalo, NY., Gary graduated from Northwestern University and served his country as a Naval Submarine Officer and later as a senior manager of a defense contracting firm. Later in life, Gary served Fairfax County as a science teacher at Cooper Middle School and Science Department chair at WT Woodson High School, and as a Vice Principal for Science and Technology at Thomas Jefferson High School.
A memorial service will be held on August 18, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home, 9902 Braddock Rd, Fairfax, VA.
