To the family,
I will always cherish the memory of one of the most remarkable friends a person could ever have. Be comforted by the peace Peewee has found.

To the family of Harlan, I give my sincerest Condolensces. We were great friends, tho known as a couple of the shortest guys in the Class of '62 gained a loving respect from all our classmates, each in our own rights. Pee Wee's through his Athletic Abilities, and Me and My Singing. We both were serious about being cadet sergeants and were highly respected for it. Memories such as these and many wonderful more, I extend to The Family, as I inform you that "The Physical Harlan has made his Transition, but His Spirit will Never Be Forgotten, for His Spirit lives in the Hearts and Minds of ALL he came in contact with." Many years have passed since last I saw him in person, but His Sprit Lives On!
Blessings,
Andrew (Sarge*) Tate, Jr.
