On Wednesday, April 28, 2004, of Silver Spring, MD. A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at Andrew Rankin Chapel, Howard University, Washington, D.C. She is survived by Dr. Andrew K. Roberts, husband; Dr. Jackson L. Davis, III, nephew; Dr. Annette E. Davis, niece; Jackson L. Davis, IV, grand-nephew; Cynthia H. Davis, grand-niece-in-law, Dr. Kimberly M. Davis, grand-niece; Jackson L. Davis, V, great-grand nephew; Gayle S. Davis, great-grand niece; Grayce R. Hawkins, sister-in-law and many cherished friends of all ages. In lieu of flowers, contributions will be used to establish the Malkia Roberts Scholarship at Howard University in the Department of Art, 202-806-7047 or 202-238-2636.
