MARGARET JELLY "Peggy" (nee App)  

Margaret "Peggy" Jelly (nee App), died October 12, 2014. Born November 3, 1928 to Anna Elizabeth (Beth) and Leo App , she was raised in Washington DC, graduated from the Academy of the Holy Cross in 1946, and later moved to Wheaton, MD, where she and her husband raised their family. Upon her husband's retirement from the Federal Government, they moved to Bradenton, FL for 19 years before she returned to Maryland in 2004.
Margaret was preceded in death by her husband George H. Jelly and sons Gregory and George III. She is survived by her daughter Jeanne App, sons Richard and Robert (and his wife Polly Todd), brothers Joseph and Leo App (and sister-in-law Alice), sister Katherine (Kay) Shannon (and brother-in-law Tony), and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral Mass to be held Monday, November 3, 2014, 11 a.m. at Mother Seton Catholic Church, 19951 Father Hurley Blvd., Germantown, MD 20874
