Dear Marcia and Family,
I'm so saddened about Mark. He was a terrific architect and program manager. As a contract designer (for DBI Architects Inc) at the World Bank, I observed first hand that Mark successfully led the team of design consultants from 2000 and beyond. Mark was always on top of his game and ready to challenge all of us to design outstanding solutions for the Bank. Mark would always have us laughing about his escapades with the girls. No one had as many daughters as Mark ! One summer many years ago, we discovered with much surprise, that our beach blankets touched at Bethany Beach. All aside, I have very fond memories of Mark. I send my thoughts and prayers that all of you will cherish your memories of your Mark.
