Of Springfield, VA, formerly of Falls Church, VA passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Joseph A. Brocato; Loving mother of John Brocato (Mary), Roxane Brocato (Frank), Mike Brocato (Karen) and Bill Brocato (Liz); she was preceded in death by a daughter Terry Vondruska and is the cherished grandmother of eleven grandchildren. A native of Terre Haute, IN, she moved to Arlington as a teenager and graduated from Washington & Lee High School where she was a member of Tau Beta Phi sorority. She worked as a secretary at Falls Church High School until her retirement in 1996. During retirement she traveled extensively with her network of friends. A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 15, 2018 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Murphy Funeral Home, 1102 W. Broad St., Falls Church, VA. Mass of Christian Burial will follow Monday, July 16, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Philip Catholic Church, 7506 St. Philip's Ct., Falls Church, VA. Interment Quantico National Cemetery.
