Souing Ly "Nang"  

Passed comfortably on February 11, 2020. She is deeply missed and will be remembered for her fighting spirit. She survived genocide in Cambodia to live the American dream as the founder of Ly's Cutting Edge hair salon and resident of Northern Virginia for more than 40 years. Family and friends are welcomed to join together to celebrate her life at the Cambodian Buddhist Temple, 13800 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20904 on February 23, 2020 at 9 a.m.
