WHEELER VATER MAE THOMAS WHEELER It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear loved one, VATER MAE THOMAS WHEELER of Clinton, MD, on April 30, 2009. Vater married Bethel Thomas in 1957 and he passed away in 1980. From this union they had four loving daughters that she leaves to cherish her memory: Addie Leonard (Michael), Gale Rose (Stanley), Eartha Simmons (Butch), and Vernica Randall (Charley). In 1986 she married Lacie Wheeler, her loving and devoted husband of 22 years, and extended the family with eight stepchildren, Pernell (Donna), Michael (Shelia), Faye Wheeler (deceased), Eva, Robert (Deborah), Willie Mac (Lisa), Lacie Jr., Albert and Thelma. She also leaves to cherish her memory her loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, special cousins, nieces, nephews, a very special person in her life, her sister-in-law, Virginia Robinson, and other relatives and friends. On Thursday, May 7, 2009, a viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at New Horizon Gospel Ministries, 8324 Woodyard Road, Clinton, MD.
