VIRGINIA A. KELLY "Ginny"  

Loving sister, mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away on August 2, 2018.
 
Champion of many, Ginny was among the first women stockbrokers at Johnston, Lemon in Washington, DC in 1977. Always generous with her time and love, Ginny empowered many by being an encouraging mentor and compassionate listener. She always had a kind word. After retirement, Ginny joined the Colleyville Lions Club where she gave of her time and talents for the greater good. An avid reader, she had a life-long passion for learning which she shared with all who knew her.
 
Ginny met the love of her life in Saigon in 1953 where she worked as a cryptographer at the American Embassy. She and Jim travelled the world, having five kids along the way and instilling in them the importance of family and being kind to others.
 
Ginny was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Jim. Survived by her kids, Jim, Judy, Mike (aka Doc), Chris and Liz as well as her sister, Pam, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her faithful canine companion, CJ who has been by her side for many years.
