We were so sorry to learn that Mr. Kirk had passed away. When you were our neighbor years ago and we would see Mr. Kirk when he would come to visit you, he was always very pleasant and had a friendly smile on his face. To The Kirk family:

My family and I send our sincere condolence. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Kirk in Philadelphia, PA out of the offices of O.E.O. and Community Service Administration. His driven dedication to eliminate poverty and develope self-sufficiency's for the underpriviledged was one of his many accomplishments to be remembered. His favorite saying when closing our meetings "Let's Romance into the Future" will never be forgotten.

God Bless,

Walter S. Mills Jr. and family

Bill Kirk & family,
I was sorry to hear of the death of Mr. Kirk. I met Mr. Kirk many years ago when they lived in NJ. Over the years, I have always enjoyed talking with him. We had a mutual interest in talking politics. He has left a legacy that you and your daughters can be proud of. My prayers are with you.
