On Tuesday, October 2, 2018, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Perry Hayden Mattingly; mother of Michael G. (Joan) Mattingly and Lisa M. (Michael) Keller; grandmother of Meghan and Kathleen Mattingly, Steven and Jennifer Keller; great-grandmother of Devin, Caroline, Timothy, Presley, Gracie, and Warren; sister of Marcus Brookbank. Also survived by a host relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, Monday, October 8, 2018, from 12 to 1 pm where Funeral Service will be held at 1 pm.
