My deepest heartfelt sympathy is extended to the family of Ava Grant. Ava and I worked together while she was a SBA contractor and later a SBA employee. I found her to be very conscious, diligent, and hard working. On my visits to Washington, Ava would select very good restaurants for us to have dinner. She was quite the conversationalist which I enjoyed and will miss. I found Ava to be a kind person.

To Ava's family: I only worked with Ava a few months at the Small Business Administration before she became ill, but I was struck by her gentle charm, poise, and good humor. She was a delight and I'm sure you, her family, will miss her very much. Janna Laudato

I did not know Ava well in her brief tenure here at the SBA but her time was too short and I grieve her passing.
