RICHARD M. BAYUS  
Of McLean, VA died on March 30, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Barbara; children, Robert S. Bayus of Fairfax, VA, Nancy J. B. McCaleb of Bristow, VA, Mary A. Bayus of Atlanta, GA and Richard M. Bayus, II of Denver, CO.Richard was born in Brooklyn in 1928, and a graduate of St. John's College and Law School of New York in 1955. In 1965 he received his MBA degree at George Washington University.Col. Bayus served in the Air Force from the 1940's and again in the late 1950's until retirement in 1978. He then joined the general counsel of FRA and on to NASA, retiring in 1990 as an administrative judge on the Board of Contract AppealsFuneral services will be held on Monday, July 23, 2012 at 12:45 p.m. at the Fort Myer Old Post Chapel, with burial to follow at Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sunrise Hospice of Fairfax, VA.
