NELCY NIEVES PAZ (Age 85)
Of McLean, Virginia, passed away on Wednesday May 29, 2013 at Virginia Hospital Center. Beloved wife of the late Guillermo J. Paz; loving mother of Nelcy Paz Valcourt and son-in-law Jeffery T. Valcourt. Nelcy worked for Riggs National Bank for over 30 years, and enjoyed retirement by being a loving grandmother to six grandchildren, Alexandra, Matthew, Monica, Maya, Arabella and Chloe. A visitation will be held on Monday, June 3, 2013, from 3 to 6 p.m. at Murphy Funeral Home, 4510 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, VA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church, 7001 Georgetown Pike, McLean. Interment to follow at Columbia Gardens, Arlington, Virginia. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, www.stjude.org. www.murphyfuneralhomes.com
