mother and educator. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Maurice; children Michael (Alicia) and Keisha Adams; granddaughters Mackynzi, Mia and Madison; siblings George Brown, Anne Seymour, Vivian Collins, and
Waddell Fowlkes; and a host of many other family members and friends. Family and friends are invited to Hortense's Life Celebration on Sunday, August 18, from 12 p.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. at the GEORGE P.
