My condolences to Ed's family. I saw him last summer when I was in the area. He was in good spirits and had that look in his eyes. He was a great man and friend.

To his family, friends, collaborators,
I didn't have the chance to know and meet Mr. Baier. I have read this very short biography and I am truly impressed by the work he has done over his career. I share his passion for industrial hygiene and the importance to diffuse the knowledge all around the world. We need in our society men like Mr. Baier.
My condolences to the family.

Ed and Gracie were friends of ours for over fifty years, both professionally and personally. I have good memories of our times together. I wish the family great memories of this wonderful couple.

My condolences to the family. Ed was a giant in the Industrial Hygiene field. He was a mentor to many (including my late husband) and a good friend to all he met. He is now reunited with his beloved Grace and will one day welcome us to heaven. Love and prayers to all of you.

Ed was always fun to visit with and he took a warm interest in each of us. Obviously he has made his mark on our times in the occupational health arena...a life that made a difference! You can be proud, and I pray are comforted in the knowledge that he and your Mom are now reunited. Love, prayers and hugs to you all!
