PAUL BOOTH
Beloved and dynamic labor leader and organizer, died January 17, 2018. He was a treasured husband of Heather Booth, a leading progressive organizer, whom he married in 1967; also survived by sons, Dan and Gene; daughters-in-law, Katherine and Krista; grandchildren,, Max, Sophie, Henry, Oscar and Hazel; brother Michael Booth and sister-in-law, Christine Booth; and brothers-in-law, John and David Tobis. Few people bent the arc more than Paul Booth.He would want us to continue organizing to make this a better world. Michael and I are terribly distressed and saddened to learn of the sudden death of Paul. We had the pleasure of visiting with both Heather Booth and Paul during the University of Chicago's Reunion dinner just a few months ago. Paul's genuine enthusiasm for life captivated his listeners. Please accept our most sincere condolences, our thoughts, and our prayers.
