DOUGLAS WIEGAND Obituary
Douglas W. Wiegand (Age 77)
On December 28, 2018 at his home in Washington, DC. Beloved husband of Mark E. Grayson for 40 years. Brother of Ernie Wiegand. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Born in Wisconsin to the late Arthur and Dorothy (nee Jome) Wiegand. He served honorably in the United States Navy, and was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin. Doug moved to Washington, DC in 1964. There he ran two trade associations, the Menswear Retailers of America and the Resilient Floor Covering institute. He will be missed by his friends and family. A private service will take place in Washington, DC at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in Doug's honor to the Humane Rescue Alliance www.humanerescuealliance.org.
