JOHN CURRY, SR.
Retired DC Firefighter Lieutenant John W. Curry, Sr. of Largo, MD passed away on Monday, February 8, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Yvonne Curry; and son John Curry, Jr. Services will be held Tuesday, March 2, 2021. Visitation 10 to 10:30 a.m., Service immediately following at Woodstream Church, 9800 Lottsford Road, Mitchellville, MD 20721. Services will be live streamed.

What a presence he had!
To the family of John Curry, I am the Coordinator of the Senior League at Henson Creek. John was a positive and enthusiastic golfer and friend to a group of over fifty members who THOROUGHLY enjoyed his friendship and competitive spirit! He shared with me when he lost his daughter and the tribute made in her memory. There's no doubt in our minds that he will be missed greatly.....on the golf course, in the community and in his family. Treasure the memories of this exceptional gentleman as we will......FOREVER! Be encouraged!
