On Wednesday, November 24, 2004. Son of Winona and Willie F. McKoy. Also survived by other relatives and friends. Mr. McKoy will lie in state on Wednesday, December 1 at Freedom Baptist Church, 1519 U St., N.W. from 10 a.m. until service 11 a.m. Interment Glenwood Cemetery. Arrangements by BACON.

Jay,
You touched the heart of so many people. I wish your stay could have been extended, but I am satisfied to know that you were born with a heart and soul that is worth more than anything money can buy. Only those who knew the "Real McKoy" will understand how much you will be missed. This is not goodbye Jay it's see you later.
