Duncan, Donald "Rusty Bucket'

Donald "Rusty Bucket" Duncan, age 78, a resident of Eagle River, WI since 1993 and former resident of Wausau, WI died on November 28, 2013, at his home. Donald was born on December 7, 1934, in Chicago, IL. He graduated from Merrill High School. He married his wife, Rosella on November 25, 1971 in Merrill, WI. He worked for Schneider National for 33 years. Donald enjoyed fishing, hunting, reading and watching football. He was a member of the VFW, American Legion, Disabled American Veterans, and the NRA. Donald served in the U.S. Marines during the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosella; his parents; and his sister, Dixie. Donald is survived by 9 children, 2 sisters, 11 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday December 4, 2013 at the Gaffney-Busha Funeral Home in Eagle River, WI. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to services at the church.
