BELLEFONTAINE – Ina Mae Crevison Linson, 91, passed away Thursday afternoon, February 6, 2014, at Logan Acres with her family at her side.
She was born in West Mansfield, Ohio on March 2, 1922 to the late John Harry Crevison and the late Cora Dell Crevison Miller. She was also preceded in death by two step-fathers, Ivan Schuck and Alph Miller.
On October 16, 1948, she married George Elisha Linson and he preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by two brothers Raymond Dwight and John Harry Crevison, four stepbrothers Malcolm, Leamond, Carmen and Robert Crevison, one stepsister Lois O' Brien, a granddaughter Melissa Sue Burton and a great granddaughter Angel Rose Burton.
Surviving are her children Sharon Burton, Patsy (Richard) Amerine and Lynn (Gae) Linson; grandchildren Rick, Jeff (Krista) and Chris Burton, Courtney (Christopher) Frederick and Tiffany (Shane) Cawley, Stephanie and Dennis Linson; great grandchildren Trinity, Dustin and Tanner Burton, Brittainy and Zachary Burton, Delilah Burton, Gabby Frederick and Tristen Cawley.
Ina lived in California during WWII and managed the White Log Cabin Restaurant in Los Angeles. She also sold Tupperware and Avon.
Ina was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed reading, sewing, crafting, word puzzles and loved being with her family.
Pastor Gene Marine will officiate a funeral at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at Eichholtz Funeral Home, Bellefontaine, Ohio where friends may call Tuesday, February 11, 2014 from 4 – 6 p.m. Burial will be at Highland Memorial Cemetery, West Liberty, Ohio.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of her husband to the Logan County Cancer Society, % Mary Rutan Foundation, 205 Palmer Avenue, Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311.
