Royden Wallin Royden Leslie Wallin, late of Weyburn, SK (formerly from Radville, SK), passed away on August 26, 2021 at the age of 96 years. Royden was predeceased by the mother of his sons, Lydia; his parents, Elem and Agnes; brothers, Orville (Mae) and Lorne (Helen); his sister Pearl (Roy) Mitchell; and brother-in-law Vern Voechting. Royden is survived by his 2 sons: Barry (Cathy) and family: Brent (Carmen) [Bayley, Carter, Blake], Cory (Krista) [Payton]; Warren (Darlene) and family: Chris (Megan) [Steen, twin boys Soren and Kerr], Chad (Michelle) [twin boys Sawyer and Zander]; he is also survived by one sister Bernice Voechting (Winnipeg, MB).Royden enjoyed and participated in baseball, curling, golfing and playing bridge. He was a life member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Weyburn Branch #47. A Graveside Funeral Service was held Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. from Laurier Cemetery, Radville, SK. In lieu of flowers, for family and friends so wishing, charitable donations in memory of Roy may be made to the Saskatchewan Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, Box 1388, Battleford, SK, S0M 0E0.Arrangements were entrusted to RD Family Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, Weyburn, SK (848-0333 ~ 1-888-848-0333).
