On Saturday, December 26, 2020, Debra K Schmidt entered her eternal home with Jesus at age 66. Debbie was born to Keith and Martha Hooper on November 9, 1954, in Los Angeles, CA. Debbie met Greg Schmidt and they were married at the Candlelight Chapel in Vegas on June 14, 1980. They raised their two children, Bryan and Amanda, at their home in Glendora, CA. Greg and Debbie retired and moved to Henderson, NV. Despite years of health issues and chronic pain, Debbie held an unwavering faith in God and was a source of encouragement to many others. Although she is gone from this earth, her legacy of compassion and grace will live on with those who knew and loved her. Debbie was preceded in death by her father, Keith, her mother, Martha, and sister, Diane. She is survived by her husband Greg Schmidt, her two children Bryan (Angie) Schmidt and Amanda (Jesse) Martin, her four grandchildren Wesley, Molly, and Austin Martin and Maggie Schmidt, and brother Michael Hooper. Due to the pandemic, a celebration of life service will be scheduled at a future date for family and friends.
