Very sorry to hear of Mr. Burm's passing. He was my Dad, Joseph Hughes' best buddy in the world.. truly a kind and gentle soul. I remember many happy visits to the Burm house while growing up.. great family. Best regards, Steven and Debbie Hughes, Braintree, MA

I was deeply saddened to learn of Joe's passing. I was Joe's volunteer trainer and we worked together in the Partnership Program at the Y. We both shared a keen eye for all the pretty women. Joe worked hard to maintain his strength and would often say "I can do more". I'll miss Joe, his attitude about life and his bright smile. My thoughts and prayers are with all the Burms. In your hearts and minds Joe will forever be your farther, your brother, your uncle and your gramps. God Bless.
