As a first grader i was very fortunate to have Sister Helen Thomas. I have such fond memories of how kind and caring she was. I remember she always seemed to be happy and had a beautiful smile. How I wish I had known Sister was local. My condolences to her sister, Helen, and the rest of her family. May she rest in peace

Sister Helen exemplified grace, patience, and persistence as she faced the challenges of ALS, all with the warmest smile. She touched my life and it was an honor to get the opportunity to work with her and know her. My condolences to her family as they lose her on this earth. I hope her love lasts a lifetime.
