Back in 1952 I had to transfer to Weymouth high school from Hingham high school. Bill was the kindest friend I ever met at Weymouth and actually was the only student that became my friend. He took me to school daily and drove me home encouraging me to forget the lack of friendships that never developed. Something about an issue with the students of Hingham, which I never got resolved. It was the saddest day of my life to see his obituary and to never had the opportunity to let Bill know of the kindness he extended to me. He was one of the most endearing individuals I ever met. Was so happy to see he had such a wonderful life and will be sorely missed.

As you remember your love one, as God heals your broken hearts (Psalm 147:3), may your treasured memories continue to bring you peace, comfort, and strength to endure.

To Brett and the Cicchese families:
Gale and I were sorry to read of your dad's passing.
I hope your memories of him sustain you in your grief.
God bless Bill and set a place at the table for him far from the kitchen.
