Patricia C. (Flynn) Philbin 84, a brief resident of North Andover, and a former longtime resident of Sherborn, MA, died on Monday, February 18, 2019 at the Meadows in the Garden View Section in North Andover, MA. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on October 9, 1934 to Dr. John F. MD and Marie (Gannon) Flynn. Educated at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois receiving her Masters in Biology. For 10 years she worked in the Chicago School systems as a Biology Teacher until she moved east to Sherborn, MA. She was a lifetime member of Friends of the Sherborn Library, and the founding Member and past President of the Sherborn Garden Club. She was a former longtime Parishioner of St. Theresa Church in Sherborn, MA, and a most recent Parishioner of St. Michael Church in North Andover, MA. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years: Doctor Daniel M. Philbin, MD. Also survived two sons: Doctor Daniel M. Philbin, MD and his wife Katherine of Bedford, NH and Atty. Patrick F. Philbin and his wife Anita of McClean, VA. Grandchildren: Timothy, Peter, Patrick James, Madeleine and Elizabeth Philbin. As well as several Nieces and Nephews. Friends and family are invited to attend a funeral Mass on Friday, Feb. 22, 2019 at 10:00AM in St. Michael Church, 196 Main St. North Andover, MA, 01845. Burial services are private. Family and friends may call on Thursday, Feb. 21, 2019 from 3:00PM to 6:00PM at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home Inc. 35 Merrimack St. North Andover, MA, 01845.
