Beverly A. Smith

Beverly Ann Holmes Smith of West Wareham passed away at Tobey Hospital on the morning of Sunday, January 29th, 2017, at the age of 82. She is pre-deceased by her parents Brad and Olive Holmes of Onset. She is survived by her 3 beloved sons Peter of Wilton, ME, Jonathon of Gibsonton, FL and Christopher of Wareham, her daughter Beverly of NH, her brother Brad Holmes of Buzzards Bay, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with family and going out to a leisurely lunch which she enjoyed regularly with a well-poured glass of wine. She was recently able to travel, enjoying this past Thanksgiving in Florida on the beach with members of her family. She was consistent throughout her life, knowing what she wanted for herself and for her family, and expressing herself with clarity and confidence. Special thanks to her niece, Sally Holmes, for her tireless care during the last weeks of her life. In accordance with her wishes, there will be a Celebration of Life at Salernos function facility located at 196 Onset Ave., Onset, MA on the afternoon of April 8th from 1-4pm.
