Judy Anne Anastasiou Obituary
Judy Anne Anastasiou
January 22, 1946 – January 12, 2018

Judy was born 72 years ago in Ukiah to Alva and Verna (Salisbury) Haas. In 1952 her family moved to Willits and eventually settled at "the ranch" located on Covelo Road. She attended school in Willits, graduating in 1964. Judy's friends remember her love of singing. Another talent and passion was crocheting. Many people were gifted with her beautiful handwork. Judy attended Mendocino College earning a degree in accounting. Judy battled cancer for many years with courage and dignity.
After moving back to Ukiah Judy could be seen traveling about town on her motor scooter. She had a smile and a hello for all she met. She genuinely cared about others.
Judy was preceded in death by her husband Mike (Big Mike). Surviving are her children Ricky of Redding, and Tommie Lee of Ukiah, grandson Bradley of Washington, brother David Haas and family of Ukiah and her beloved Auntie Leta Sprague of Redwood Valley and many cousins.
Judy's family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to her caregivers and her loving and thoughtful neighborhood community.
Services will be January 26, 2018 Russian River Cemetery in Ukiah, 2 p.m.
