HOCKADAY, Royden Elmer
Passed away peacefully at Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital, Windsor, Ontario, surrounded by his family on Wednesday November 23, 2011, in his 79th year. Beloved husband of 60 years to Betty Hockaday (nee Briggs). Devoted father of Kathy Mastronardi (Don) and Timothy (Kym). Dear papa of Jeffrey Krause. Loving great-grandfather of Bella Krause. Roy will be sadly missed by his sisters Duella Andrews (Jim) and Betty Wasson (Royden), and sister-in-law June Hockaday. He was predeceased by his parents Roy and Irene Hockaday, his sister Pearl Revoy, and brothers Fred and Aubrey. As per Roy's wishes there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place in Windsor. A private family service will be held at a later date. If desired, donations in Royden's memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, The Lung Association or the charity of your choice. Arrangements entrusted to:

Tim, I worked with your father and you for many years at the old plant when it was J.L. He was a great man to work for. My son also rented from you years ago. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. Your father will never be forgotten by his former employees either.God Bless.
