MONAGHAN , Brian Scott
It is with heavy hearts that we express the untimely & tragic death of our Brian resulting from a Motorcycle accident in Atikokan, ON on April 28, 2012, just before his 32nd Birthday on May the 20th. Brian lived for his loving fiancée Katie Lyons and his adoring little boys Landyn & Lucas. Cherished son of Dorothy & Mike Sasseville, Dennis & Dee Monaghan, Daryl & Angela McDonald and Anita & Dave Lyons. Beloved brother to Lindsay Monaghan & James McCloskey, Missy McDonald & Steve Fox, Tom McDonald & Maya, Tanya Laliberte & Wayne, Teresa Lindsay & Tim, Mike Sasseville Jr., Donny, Dustin & Donna and Jefferey & Sarah Lyons. Loving grandson of Arthur Curran & waiting for Brian with open arms is his grandma Edith (2010). Cherished uncle to his adoring nieces and nephews and he will be especially missed by his uncles Cook Monaghan, Bryce Monaghan, his aunt Doneida Trousdale (Mark) cousins, aunts, uncles and by all who knew & loved him. Brian was an avid hunter, fisherman, and a dedicated Firefighter with the Atikokan Fire Department. He was a dedicated man to his work & family, his love of life for the outdoors will forever live in the hearts of his two beautiful boys. Visitation at the

My husband and I went to school with Brian, and I can say neither of us have anything but positive memories of Brian. He was a great friend and an all around great guy. We are very saddened to hear about this tragic news, and Brian and his whole family will be in our thoughts and prayers. We are very sorry for Brian's family to have lost such a good guy so young in life... Take care Brian! And god bless your family. Xo

It's with a heavy heart that I offer my deepest sympathy to the grieving families, who have lost so young a charismatic man. There are no words to mitigate the pain, but I hope it gives some comfort that Brian is in a place with no suffering. To live with the angusih of his absence I pray healing for your pain. May all the good moments shared with Brian endure in your hearts and give comfort in the blessing of sharing with him, even for so short a time. My heart aches for Katie and their boys.

I went to school with Brian at Princess Elizabeth Public School. He was a really nice person and I especially remember his love of animals. We used to chat about the various reptiles we had as pets. I once asked his advice about how best to take care of my turtle. To Brian's family: I am so sorry for your loss. May his memory forever live on in your hearts. Sincerely,
