SHARON COOPER-MOORE Obituary
Passed away peacefully at home on September 16, 2015 at the age of 64. Loving wife of Russel Moore for 36 years. Devoted mother of Kimberley Cooper (Kurt Huard) and stepmother of Terry and David Moore. She had an endearing relationship with Charlie and Heather Akins and grandchildren Samantha, John and Jake Atkins. Dear sister of George Ekblad and the late Bryan Ekblad. Predeceased by her parents Helen (nee Prymak) and George Ekblad. Dear friend of Charlotte Mary Ann Garneau, Clara Barriage and Diane Manninen. She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends as well as the Canadian Power and Sail Squadron where she acted as past Commander. Sharon was the Lab Coordinator of the Micro- Biology Department at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital for 27 years. Visitation will take place on Friday, September 18, 2015 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. at
Morris Sutton Funeral Home
68 Giles Blvd E.
(519-254-8633). The Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. Online condolences may be shared with the family at

Russ...I visited Sharon so many times as a visiting nurse. But it always felt like I was with a friend. Sharon took everything is stride and was so full of life. She never let her cancer get to her. I wish you peace and comfort at this time. I will never forget Sharon
