Wayne MARSHALL Obituary
Peacefully on February 21, 2013 surrounded by love, family and friends after a courageous battle with cancer. Wayne will be deeply missed by his loving wife Rose with whom he shared over 46 years of marriage. Cherished father to Christine and Joe, and Patricia and Pat. Dear brother of Gord, Chris, Janet, Patsy, Mary Jo, Sharon (Rudy), Maureen (Bill). Brother-in-law of the late Pat Murphy and Brenda. Survived by many nieces, nephews and countless friends. Predeceased by his parents Pete and Valda, brother Tom, sister Rosie, parents-in-law Jennie and Bill Murphy. Wayne worked at Seagram's and retired after 38 years. He was a very dedicated member and huge supporter of the Brentwood Recovery Home fellowship. Visiting will take place at

on Monday from 2 - 5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Parish Prayers and Eulogy on Monday at 8 p.m. The Marshall family invites you to bring photos and cherished memories of Wayne to post on a Memory Board at the funeral home. Wayne's Funeral Service will be held from the funeral home on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. to St. John the Baptist Church for the Mass of Resurrection at 10:30 a.m. Cremation to follow. Sincere thanks to Dr. Tsui, Dr. Tan, Dr. Bart Demaerschalk, all of the wonderful nurses at Met Hospital ICU and Emergency Department and the Harrow Health Centre for their compassionate care. My thoughts and prayers go out to all the Marshall family for your loss. Whenever I saw Wayne and Rose at Brentwood they were always so loving and giving of their time. I first met Wayne and Rose at Brentwood in January of 1984 and I will never forget how welcome and loved they both made me feel. Father Paul now has the best golfing partner he could ever want. May God be with you every day to lessen your loss, my sincere sympathy to the entire Marshal family. Wayne will live within my being forever as an example of a real man to me.

I knew Wayne as well as many of the Marshall family when I used to hang around their home many years ago. I certainly had fond memories of Wayne and Gord and sister Sharon. Sorry for the lose to the entire Marshall family.
