Siegler, Charlene M. "Charlie"

Charlene M. "Charlie" Siegler, age 74, passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield, Wisconsin.

Funeral services for Charlie will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday October 13, 2017 at St. Bronislava Catholic Church in Plover, Wisconsin. Fr. Ed Shuttleworth and Fr. Charlie Richmond will officiate. Visitation will be held on Friday morning at the church from 9:30 -11:00 AM. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery in Wisconsin Rapids.

Charlie was born September 12, 1943 in Milwaukee, WI to the late Edward and Myrtle (Mills) Blair. She graduated from West Allis Central High School in 1963. Charlie married Donald Siegler on August 31, 1984 in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. She held various jobs, including bartending, waitressing and also worked at Family Heritage Nursing Home.

Charlie and Don owned a cabin in Park Falls, where they spent many summers exploring the northwoods. It was also their headquarters for the annual bear hunting season where club members gathered to celebrate friendships and successes.

Charlie was always accompanied by her beloved Westie dogs, Sassy and Mitzie and enjoyed her daily road trips in Central Wisconsin with Don.

Charlie was known for her quick wit and her playful laugh.

Charlie is survived by her husband Donald, daughter Joyce (significant other- Beets) Lundy of Wisconsin Rapids, WI; grandson, Nicholas (Shyanna Tasch) McCrossen of Wisconsin Rapids, WI; and in-laws, Penny (Mike) Johnson, Jack Siegler, Jane (Dan) Gross, Mary (Dennis) Olson, Peggy (Jim) Hartman and Mark Siegler. Charlie is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and close friends.

A memorial will be established in Charlie's name at a late date.

Ritchay Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids is assisting the family with arrangements.
