Herb worked for Consolidated Papers and Eunice worked for Speltz Music until their retirement.

Eunice was a very devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She taught Sunday School at the First Congregational Church, was an exceptional cook, kept a spotless house, and was extremely organized. She had a great sense of humor even in the last days of her life.

She loved golfing, bowling, playing bridge, and watching sports, especially basketball. She and Herb traveled the world on many trips including those to Europe, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, China, Russia, Mexico, and every state in the USA.

Eunice is survived by her son Thomas (Susan) Jackson, St. Germain, WI; three grandchildren Heather (Adam) Rogge, Eli (Sara) Jackson and Abby (Ian) Jackson; along with five great-grandsons Evan, Seth, Ashton, Wade and Ty.
