Joyce's family would like to thank the staff at North Haven Assisted Living for their loving and compassionate care and a special thank you, to her hospice nurse Stacey, at Heartland Hospice.

"Having gone to a parochial school for her early years, Joyce formed a love of hymns and music in general and could always be heard humming and singing her favorites, whether hymns, Eddie Arnold or Glen Campbell. She always had a song in her heart, right up until the end and her singing voice was beautiful. Joyce was always so friendly and outgoing and people always commented on what a nice person she was. She was a very loyal friend to her friends and would still try to visit them even when her Alzheimer's was getting worse. That was just the kind person she was- always caring about others. Joyce was a loving Mother, who will be greatly missed by her family- Love you Mom."
