Mike touched many lives with his willingness to help others and always seeing the good in any situation. He kept the church lawn mowed, the soccer goal posts painted, the Auction Royale items delivered, and all of us spoiled with random acts of kindness. In February he delivered Dairy Queen blizzards to announce their reopening, he was a regular at the Post Office sending gifts to his Kansas and Massachusetts family, and went on errands on Saturdays with Amy Kniprath to carry her purchases.

When asked how he was doing, Mike's response was always, "Perfect.". In his memory, a fund to purchase new soccer uniforms for the Varsity Assumption Girls Soccer program will be established.

Special thanks to the Aspirus Riverview Hospital staff, physicians, and his special friend, Joe Garde, M.D.
