Patricia (O'Driscoll) Van Dam, 74 of Wisconsin Rapids passed away peacefully on April 27, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of William Van Dam. They shared 56 years of marriage together. Born in Madison WI on November 9, 1942. She was the daughter of Thomas and Jeanne O'Driscoll, siblings Sean O'Driscoll, Megan Chambers, Maudeen O'Driscoll.

She was employed at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital and was a physical therapy technician. She was a member of St. Jeromes Church & St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. She enjoyed spending time with her husband, reading, crossword puzzles, friends & family.She will be remembered for her stories and great sense of humor.

She is survived by her husband William Van Dam, children Jeff (Lynn) Van Dam, Tracy (Dave) Engle, Kelly Wadsworth friend Mike Williams, Tim (Kris) Van Dam, Bill (Heather) Van Dam, grandchildren, Melissa, Jason, Laura, Charlie, Stephanie, Lindsay, Molly, Tommy and Alexander, six great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She is preceded by her parents Thomas & Jeanne O'Driscoll, brother Kevin O'Driscoll infant daughter Jeanne Katherine Van Dam and grandson Billy Wadsworth.

Special Thank you to the staff at DaVita; Tami Krezkowski , Cheryl Clark and the staff at Wausau Kidney Dialysis Center for taking good care of Patricia.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 12, 2017 at St. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Wisconsin Rapids, with Visitation at 1:00 p.m. until the time of Mass at 2:30 p.m. Father James Altman will be officiating. A Celebration of life to be held in Oconomowoc at a later date.
