Robert C. Hodge, age 82, of Wisconsin Rapids, died Monday November 27, 2017 at Arborview Court in Wisconsin Rapids.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday December 1, 2017 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Nekoosa. Rev. John Swing will officiate. Entombment will be at Forest Hill Mausoleum. Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 7:00 PM Thursday at Ritchay Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids and Friday at church from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Online condolences may be expressed at

Robert was born July 17, 1935 in Wisconsin Rapids to Robert and Edna (Clark) Hodge. He married Donna Larson on September 1, 1956 in Wisconsin Rapids. She died August 26, 2016. Robert served in the US Army and later in the National Guards. For 40 years he was employed as a lithographer at Fey Publishing, retiring in 1997.

Robert was a former member of the St. Lawrence Choir. He enjoyed swimming, woodworking, boating, working on their lake house and completing whatever projects his wife could come up with. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He is survived by two daughters Cindy (Pat) Kelly and Lori (Mark) Hogue both of Wisconsin Rapids; six grandchildren Matthew Kelly (Friend Brittany Kelley), Miranda, Morgan and Michael Kelly and Benjamin and Madeline Hogue; three great grandchildren Savannah, Zoey and Shakira and his sister Leanne (Norman) Pearson of Wisconsin Rapids.

Robert was preceded in death by his wife, parents, in-laws Harold and Mayme Larson and by his sister Donna Mason.
