NORTH YORK BORO James Allan "Scotty" Scott, 66, of York, died Wednesday, October 3, 2012, at Manor Care Health Services North. He leaves his companion, Frances Drawbaugh. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 6, 2012, at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road in York. Viewings will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday and 9 to 10 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery in York. Scotty was born in York, on January 21, 1946, son of the late Robert A. and Sarah (Rowe) Scott. He was co-owner of L&S Tool and Machine in York for over 35 years. Scotty was a member of the Rooster Club, Vigilant Social Club, Liberty Club, and 13th Ward Political Club. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was a car enthusiast. Scotty leaves two daughters, Jessica Hoover and her husband, Travis of Dover, and Jennifer Raineri and her husband, Ray of York; four grandchildren, Preston Hoover, Savannah Hoover, Vincent Raineri, and Dominic Raineri, and Baby Anthony on the way; two nieces; and a nephew.
