Marvin P. Paules

WINDSOR Marvin P. Paules, 76, ascended into Heaven on the wings of angels on Wednesday, January 30, 2013, at his residence. He was the husband of Louise (Evans) Paules. He previously had been married to the late Arlene (Haugh) Paules for 52 years. He was born October 7, 1936, in Laurel, York County, the son of the late Ervin Ellsworth and Mildred (Ness) Paules. Marvin was an active member of Round Hill Presbyterian Church and a member of New Song Community Choir. He was also a member of York County Builders Association and the Lions Club. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and camping with family. He was a family man and loved being with his family. In addition to his wife, Marvin is survived by six children, David M. Paules and his wife, Lisa of Windsor, Beverly A. Abbott and her husband, Robert of North Carolina, Debra M. Paules of York, Dan L. Paules and his wife, Jami of Red Lion, Karen L. Bennett and her husband, Tony of Hanover, and Kandy J. Price and her husband, Ron of Red Lion; three stepsons; one step-daughter; four brothers; one sister; 15 grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by four brothers. A service to celebrate the life of Marvin will be held Saturday, February 2, 2013, at the Windsor Assembly of God, 21 N. Penn St., Windsor 17366 at 11 a.m. with the Rev. James Levkulich officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home, Inc., 104 W. Main St., Dallastown 17313.
